How to get referred:
Referrals for children are accepted from parents and guardians, and also from GPs and other health professionals. Referral forms are available at: https://www.hse.ie/eng/services/list/1/lho/corkslee/therapy/
Referrals for adults must be made by a medical doctor or healthcare professional.
